OHMALLOY NiAl95/5 Thermal Spray Wire
NiAl95/5 is a premium solid wire specifically engineered for arc spray systems, certified to ISO/CE standards. Available in 1.6mm and 2mm diameters.
Product Overview
This self-bonding wire adheres to most materials with minimal surface preparation. Achieves bond strengths exceeding 9000 psi on clean surfaces, with potential increases up to 10,000 psi through surface roughening. Excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation, abrasion, impact, and bending. Can be machined and ground to a 5 micro-inch finish.
