Pure nickel are made by advanced vacuum melting process.and by forging,rolling,annealing and drawing. It is used in electric apparatus,lead for lamp and chemical machinery. Pure Nickel strip and foil, mainly used in batteries, electronic parts, some special lamp
Nickel band: N4 pure nickel band, N6 pure nickel band, N2 high purity nickel band (Ni content ≥99.98%), namely low carbon pure nickel and ordinary pure nickel(that is, N4 /Ni201, N6/Ni200).
N4/N6 pure nickel belt production standard GB/ t2072-2007
Nickel band state (vickers hardness) : hard (Y), semi-hard (Y2),1/4 hard (Y4), soft (M).Nickel strip properties: good luster, ductility, weldability

8.Products and services
1). Pass: ISO9001 certification, and SO14001cetification;
2). Fine after-sale services;
3). Small order accepted;
4). Stable properties in high temperature;
5). Fast delivery;
9.the differences between N4 and N6 are as follows:
1. Chemical composition, N4 C content is less than 0.02%, N6 C content is less than 0.15%, and the content of other elements is the same;
2. Mechanical properties: in M state, N4 Rm≥350MPa, N6 Rm≥380MPa
Note: as shown above, N4 and N6 are mainly different in C content. N4 is called low carbon pure nickel, and other elements have the same content. Due to the low carbon nature of N4, it is suitable for use in some specific circumstances.
Pure nickel band: with a nickel content of 99.95% or more, pure nickel has excellent mechanical properties and can be used in many different environments
High corrosion resistance, magnetostriction and magnetism, high heat transfer, high conductivity, low gas volume and low vapor pressure, etc. It has good spot welding performance, high tensile tension and convenient operation. Low resistivity (preferred for notebook battery pack) can pass more than 50A current, which is preferred for power battery pack.
